Print My Fashion’s aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.
Returns can be initiated within 15 Days from Delivery Date per the return policy that is applicable for all the items.
Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Print My Fashion shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
No returns of products purchased through other marketplaces like Amazon or Flipkart shall be accepted online through our website.
What cannot be returned?
No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of purchase. Customized goods cannot be returned, unless the material does not match what you ordered, the print is incorrect or the item is flawed. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Returns for refund/Exchange:
Must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned:
All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges or provide reverse pickup.
How does Return work?
Notify us via email: [email protected] for returns. Ship the product to our warehouse and include the AWB tracking number & the Order Number in the email. Once the AWB number and shipping company details have been verified by our team, we will initiate the refund process.
The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verification at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.
- The entire amount paid by you for the product through any of the payment modes except for reward points will be first credited to your bank account. Please note that the shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
- If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter is correct. Print My Fashion will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
- For payments made through any of the wallet gateways like Paytm, MobiKwik etc., the amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
Print My Fashion ships products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed are processed within 24 hrs. and shipped thereafter. We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges: Free Shipping across India to serviceable PIN codes on all orders above ₹500. However, a fixed shipping charge of Rs. 90 might be applicable on all orders below ₹500/- (Excluding COD charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer) at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations.
These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.
The shipping charges can be modified by Print My Fashion at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.
Every once in a while, Print My Fashion brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfillment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.
Estimated Delivery Time?
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 7 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 1 kgs or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.
Any delivery date if displayed while placing the order i.e. on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout and Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. Post shipment of the order, an Estimated Delivery Date will be displayed in the ‘Order Details’ under ‘My Account ‘ section which will help you to keep a track of the shipment status of your order.
Print My Fashion ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Print My Fashion is not liable and would request its users to cooperate. Also, Print My Fashion reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s).
You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.
Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Octroi etc)?
You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.

We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Non-availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
